Photo 365 Project Rules

These are the rules I'll be working with as I go through this year long challenge.

Rules:
1. Take a photo everyday.
2. Post the chosen photo on the blog before sleep.
3. All photos must be taken in RAW and edited.
4. Adding challenges and themes throughout the time to keep it fresh.
5. Formatting will be "Photo 365 day x" for the name, with the picture in the body

*Further rules may be added is I think of them.

2021: New Year, New Me

       2020 was a garbage year for me.... Year started off with my car getting stolen, further exacerbated by shutdowns by Covid-19, lock downs, criminal riots, and government incompetency.  Ultimately these outside stressors lead me down a path of further negativity, abandonment, and malaise that ultimately lead me to giving up photography for over 6 months.  As I write this after my fifth Old Fashioned I still wonder if 2021 will be even a slightly positive year for me....     2021 feels like I'm heading into possibly the worst year of my life, (and that's saying a lot as I was hanging around with Death on my shoulder in 2011.)  Jobs are scarce due to shutdowns and "covid-19 restrictions."  My only options are live in freedom with uncertainty in Florida, or live under the boot of authoritarianism in Colorado and Michigan, and ultimately it feels like I'm gonna starve to death.  So ultimately I decided to fight my hardest I kn...

The Failure of the First Try...

      Its been roughly a year since I started this blog, and its weird coming back after a while.  In this post i want to talk about what caused me to abandon the project, and plans for the future.        The Failure When I abandoned this blog it wasn't intentional.  I ended up getting sick around Christmas time, leaving me bed-ridden for a few days.  Ultimately, between traveling and getting sick, my interest in continuing the 365 project fell off quickly.  At that point I failed the challange, causing me to abandon this blog as well.  The Now Currently my interest in photography has not waned, though my practice in it has.  Between a bunch of things happening, the shutdowns, and riots in America, actually carrying my camera has become slim.  I do plan on starting a new 365 project quite soon (more on that later.)     The Future Starting a new 365 project is in the very near future, honestly ...
